Make to your design. You bring a complete tech pack and clear specs; we produce to them with precision and consistent quality.

CMT

Cut, make & trim. You supply the materials; we deliver expert cutting, sewing and finishing at scale.

Full-package sourcing. We handle materials, production and logistics through to free-on-board delivery.

Tech pack study & review

We align with you on every spec, fabric and construction detail before our technicians validate fit and pattern accuracy.

Cutting & first inspection

Fabrics are sorted by composition and cut, then inspected piece-by-piece for measurement and defects before sewing.

Sewing & in-line QA

Each garment is assembled using machines matched to the construction, with stitch quality checked at every station.

Finishing

Heat-stamping, ironing, hole-punching and trim & label attachment are completed on our dedicated finishing line to spec.

Testing

Thread and fabric strength tests run at every station, with laser-precision checks confirming artwork placement.

Final QA & pack-out

A comprehensive final inspection confirms every detail matches the tech pack before approved units are packed and shipped.
